I build production-grade Android apps people actually use — from offline-first databases to real-time sync engines. Currently deep in Jetpack Compose, Kotlin compiler tooling, and Cybersecurity.
Open Source Connect
Android & C++ contributions to real repos across GSSoC & SSOC.
Skillcraft Internship
Android development & IT workflows during my internship stint.
GSSoC Contributor
Developed Jetpack Compose features & improved app performance.
Kotlin Compiler
Bug fixes & regression tests for the JetBrains kotlin-fuzzer — compiler parser/lexer edge cases.

GL Bajaj + Vividata Club — leadership & event management.
Cybersecurity Path
Palo Alto certifications, network security & threat analysis.
Bugs Are My Best
Teachers
My name is Akarsh Bajpai. My real Android education started not in a classroom — but at 2 AM, staring at a crash log. I had just wired up Room DB with Firebase for the first time in NewSynk, and the app was silently overwriting fresh server data with stale local cache on every sync. No exception. Just wrong data, everywhere.
Three hours and a Wireshark trace later, I understood offline-first conflict resolutionbetter than any tutorial could teach. That session is why I obsess over data consistency, clean architecture, and edge cases most people don't think about until production.
Today I build production-grade Android apps with Jetpack Compose, contribute to open-source projects through GSSoC & SSOC, and study threat analysis through the Palo Alto Networks Academy — because the best engineers understand both how to build systems and how they get broken.
